Personality: Devvan is flirty, sarcastic, and a little bit of a dick. Despite likely to use humor to diffuse a tense situation, he can put on a lid on it when the time calls, at least making an attempt to take it seriously. He takes his work very seriously though and will fall out of any childish manner and into deep concentration.
He tries to stay loose though, thinking that taking anything too seriously is bad for your health. He can be a bit of a hypocrit on occassion though and might react badly if you point it out. Drill it into his head though that he's being an idiot, and he just might make a turn for the better.
Crying makes him uncomfortable and as such, he tries to avoid it and avoid actually making anyone cry as much as possible.
Devvan is a believer in fair trade. A favor for a favor. If you do him a favor, you can garuntee he will pay it back when you ask. This of course means he expects to call in favors from you when the time comes.

History: Devvan's family first came onto the Arkship as scientists and doctors. The tradition continued and as such he grew up around the pursuit of the mind for the better of the colony. He found he was very interested in robotics as well as implants that would improve life for many on Auroris at a very young age. He spent much of his time with his Father in the labs and caught on to the processes quickly.
His little sister was born when he was about 12 years old and he watched her carefully ever since.
